We are an independent practice with no financial obligation towards any other healthcare facility. The only obligation we have is to serve our patients, and to pursue the indicated diagnostic tests at the most competent medical facility.

Our commitment to quality healthcare and the support of our patients has made us the fastest growing neurology and pain center in our area.

Because we never treat you as if you are just another patient, we are not just another clinic. This is not a slogan, we practice this philosophy on a daily basis - with every patient.

We realize how challenging neurological and pain management often could be, especially for those who have already undergone (or just about to undergo) un-necessary and often failed neck or back surgery. We (at ESNC, Inc) almost always manage chronic neck and low back pain conservatively. Surgery is reserved only when it is medically indicated. All competent surgeons agree with our philosophy. We feel proud of our record.

A comprehensive neurological assessment and work-up (including neuro-diagnostics at our state of the art in-office neuro-lab) is the usual start. We do that to precisely identify the problem. We believe that such sophisticated neuro-diagnostic work-up often is the only way "to know" the exact nature of the problem.

Our centers are equipped with the state-of-the-art neuro-diagnostic technology for all types of in-office neuro-diagnostics (i.e.: EMG/NCV, Doppler ultrasound, neurovascular studies, Carotid Doppler/ultrasound, EEG, EMG-Needle guided injections). Our fees are reasonably priced to save you and/or your insurance company the unusually expensive hospital fees.

Most insurance plans are gladly accepted.
